Author Guidelines

  1. General Guidelines
  • Submissions must be original and not under review elsewhere.
  • Manuscripts should be written in English or Indonesian, using formal, clear, and concise language.
  • The manuscript must comply with the journal's template provided on the journal's website.
  • File format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
  1. Manuscript Structure

Manuscripts should be structured as follows:

  1. Title:
    • Maximum 12 words, written in bold, Times New Roman 15, and center-aligned.
    • Capitalize the first letter of each significant word.
  2. Author Details:
    • Include full names of authors without academic titles.
    • Affiliations and email addresses for each author must be provided.
    • The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*) and include an email address.
  3. Abstract:
    • Written in English and Indonesian.
    • Maximum 250 words.
    • Include the following sections: Purpose, Methods, Findings, Implications, and Originality.
    • Use Times New Roman 9, single-spaced.
  4. Keywords:
    • Provide 3–5 keywords separated by commas.
  5. Main Text:
    • Introduction: Context, issues, and objectives of the community service.
    • Method: Detailed explanation of methods, including community involvement and activities.
    • Results: Outcomes of the community service with supporting data.
    • Discussion: Analysis and interpretation of the results, supported by relevant theories and literature.
    • Conclusion: Summary of findings, theoretical contributions, and practical recommendations.
  6. Acknowledgments:
    • Recognize individuals or institutions contributing to the success of the study or program.
  7. References:
    • Use APA 7th edition style.
    • Include DOI links where available.
  1. Formatting Requirements
  • Font: Times New Roman.
  • Font size: 12 pt for the body text, 9 pt for the abstract, and 15 pt for the title.
  • Line spacing: 1.15, with spacing before and after paragraphs as specified in the template.
  • Margins: Follow the journal template.
  • Figures and Tables:
    • Figures must be numbered (e.g., Figure 1).
    • Tables should include titles and be numbered (e.g., Table 1).
    • Place captions for figures below the image and titles for tables above them.
  1. Submission Process
  • Submissions must be made through the journal's online submission system: [Journal Website Link].
  • Ensure all required information and metadata are correctly filled out during submission.
  • The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the editorial office.
  1. Plagiarism Policy
  • All manuscripts will be screened using plagiarism detection software. Manuscripts exceeding a 20% similarity index will be returned to the authors for revision or rejection.

  • The journal is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 International License. Authors retain copyright but grant the journal the right of first publication.
